this lady on a bus near the airport was loudly talking on the phone about how she spent the morning stealing handbags from Burlington coat factory.
It was there that she managed to lose her wallet.
She listed all the things she lost...bus pass, ID, five bux cash, food stamp card.
She was livid.
Guess who she was blaming?
The store she had been stealing from!
"OOOH Burlington is gonna pay fer dis!...I gotta start from scratch and get all new shit...and when I'm done...I'm gonna rage on Burlington....I'm gonna steal all day shit!"
What an chump, my kids were right there with me and caught all of her stupid conversation.
I want to keep the idea of theft being an option out of my kids life thank you.
Teachable moment for the kids. That lady is the posterchild of everyone who likes to think people on foodstamps are all crooks and scams.
I hope the lady gets it together.
